On Wednesday 8th of April we will be testing our Business Continuity Plan (BCP) in the context of COVID-19. This will be carried out in the background of our normal operation and it is intended to ensure that in the event of a COVID-19 outbreak within our staff, that we will still be able to perform all activities for our members..
This means that all back office functions will be performed by the Remote Team working from home. The front office will remain open normal hours for our members who need to perform essential transactions over the counter.
We hope you will not experience any reduction in normal service levels but if you do, we would ask you to please bear with us during this testing.
