Mobile App Mandatory Updates
Over the coming weeks, there is a scheduled update due to your Mobile App.
This update includes essential security and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) updates.
As with all mobile Apps, the update will be automatic for all members who have the automatic updates enabled on their devices.
This update is mandatory and it must be done manually for all members who do not have the automatic updates enabled.
Members will not be able to continue to use the app until it has been updated to the latest version available on the App Store or Play Store.
If members are having difficulties to update the app or if an error is displayed, please delete the app from the devices, and reinstall from the App Store or Play Store.
