I can’t access my account on the Mobile App, what I need to do?

You need to verify your mobile number on the desktop of your PC or laptop before you can access your account on the Mobile App. Please follow the below steps:

– Log in to your account on the computer or laptop here 

– Click launch Online Banking and enter your PIN number

– At the top of this page is a banner requesting you to verify your mobile number

– Once you click this and verify your mobile, you will be able to use the mobile app
