I haven’t received a verification code on my mobile phone.

By default, the 6-digit verification code is sent to the Mobile App which is used as an authenticator.

The code available via the App must be entered in the 6 checkboxes outlined in the screenshot below.

  • If you wish to receive the code by SMS instead, you must click ‘Click here if you do not want to install the mobile app or do not have a smart device (Screen 1)
  • The Text me option can then be clicked which will send a verification SMS to the members mobile number. (Screen 2)
